This policy concerns the website versacal.de / versacal.app. It does not concern the VersaCal application itself: that is operated on the customer's side (on-premise or in the customer's own cloud); calibration data and user data remain within the customer's infrastructure.

Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. When the site is accessed, technically necessary data is processed in server log files (including IP address, date and time of access, page requested, amount of data transferred, referrer, browser type). The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and stable operation). A data processing agreement (DPA) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the hosting provider.

No tracking cookies, no marketing tracking

This website uses no analytics or marketing cookies and embeds no external fonts, scripts or ad networks. No user-related tracking takes place.

Contacting us

If you contact us by email, we process the data you provide in order to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR. The data is deleted once it is no longer required, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).
